    It's worth reading up on the actual case law - something many aren't willing to believe on MGO.

    Bottom line is that in MI - if an officer asks for ID, it's a terry stop. In order to have a Terry stop, he's got to have RAS before he asks.

    Mere possession of a firearm IS NOT RAS, per SCOTUS case in 2000: Florida v. J.L.
