WV Highway Rest Stops?

Just wanted to make sure that its legal to OC at highway rest stops, correct?
I am pretty sure they are state owned buildings, but considering that interstates are Federal property, I wasn't sure if the rest stop facilities are also federal property.

West Virginia interstate highway rest areas are state property and are subject to no location-specific carry restrictions; you may OC or CC (with a license) at rest areas like most other public places.
