Hello new here just bought my first pistol and have few questions about oc and trasporting across the river to washington and oc there i know about the oc banin portland and im working on getting my permint but cant go take a class yet sice i was rear ended on 205 and fractured vertebrae.
so my questions is any issues crossing state line with a gun and best way to transport \and being or res can i oc there?
what papers should i have on me like laws and such if i get hassled there and what to say?
ps ive been around guns my grandpas a retired detective from portland and is a very pro gun guy.
