It's waaaaaaaaaay past due. SAFR and other state organizations have been after this almost from Terry Lynn Land's first day in office. The kicker, she told these groups that she was 100% for SoS taking over CPL issuance, and that she'd work for it, once she got in office/re-elected. But seems that she forgot all about that commitment once the election cycle was over.

If she ever runs for political office in this state again, she won't get my vote.
