I want to know if that includes a handgun that is partially disassembled and inoperable?

To OC in a parade thru a GFSZ...

I have a XD45, I have removed the barrel and recoil spring and then bound the slide in place with electrical tape with an empty mag inserted.

Can I be prosecuted???????
