9.It shall be unlawful for any person carrying a firearm to willfully enter or go upon the premises or property of another, or to fire or discharge any firearm while on the premises or property of another without first having obtained the written permission from the owner, lessee or person in charge of such premises or property, and unless such person has said written permission on his person. This section shall not apply to a person carrying, firing or discharging any firearm while in the immediate presence of the owner, lessee, or person in charge of the property or premises, or to the entry upon the premises for the sole purpose of obtaining the written permission of the owner, lessee or person in charge of the property.

Was sad to find that st.louis county has this same stupid ordanace as some other cities.

This Ordinance is Valid against Open Carry, however; it does not stand against Concealed Carry, unless the Private property specifically prohibits Firearms.

This is confirmed under Missouri Revised Statutes 21.750(3).

MRS 21.750(3) states: '... or which Regulates Open Carry [notwithstanding MRS 21.750(1) thorugh MRS 21.750(2)].

Concealed Carry is completely Legal throughout St. Louis, under the guise of MRS.

The thing most people miss about this code is that it only applies to the fewunincorporated areas of St Louiscounty that aren'tgoverned byany othermunicipality.

712.030 Scope.--The provisions of this code shall apply to that area of St. Louis County outside the incorporated cities, towns and villages.
