Makes sense to me. No different than checking in any other item that I may bring in for repair or service.

On a side note, I would think that Cabela's would make the statement about the 2nd Amendment a bit more prominent though.

It's good. All of these companies are starting to clarify. They used to all just say "all firearms must be checked"

This left the employees believing they could hassle us OC'ers

Found this on another thread.....it is brand new...so maybe all the stores haven't got it yet....
