Good job and information. I had been in the sears in the Meadows mall after this all happened exchanging tools open carrying and the clerk did get a good look at my firearm. There was a slight hesitation in his voice after that paid it no never mind, was very friendly, and replaced the tools and I left without an issue. Same thing in the mall no issues.

Before you do that, get the same info from Walmart, hand them both to the manager, and ask him "how can you spend so long working for two different companies and not know this one simple policy . . ?"

I sent my own "information request" to the e-mail from that CS letter (blueribbon....).

I got a very similar reply that reiterated that Sears Holding Corporation policy is that if OC is legal then they allow it.

It came from a different CS rep as well so it sounds like they're all on the same page there.
