Can we try to turn this event into a positive? First, can you please remove the "crappy" and "lame" adjectives from the thread and recording?

Yes he is ignorant of Terry v Ohio's application to the situation of unlicensed OC in Ohio, but that can be corrected in an adult manner by a well written letter (e-mail with recording) sent to the chief and city attorney asking them to please provide training to their officers.

Name calling advances the cause not and repels those sitting on the fence who read our words here.
