I carry a Remington re-pro revolver. On days like this, when it's raining, I pretty much can't carry . I was considering getting a flap holster to keep the rain at bay. Does anyone know of any case law on whether or not that could be construed as concealed?

If the gun is recognizable as such in the flap holster *I* would consider it open carry.

Thing is.....someone can claim they can't recognise it as a gun. The more open it is, the less chance of being accused.:dude:
