After seeing many threads here turn into, "DONT TALK TO COPS@!!1" and whether or not people should just not talk to them period, I did some looking online for an informative guide on what your basic rights are when you encounter police. The best and most informative result was http://flexyourrights.org/ But since the full video isn't listed on their website, I will link the 4 part video below via youtube.

Even though the website doesn't have a segment about firearms, this still applies to everyone, especially those who OC. These videos are about how to present yourself as well as protect yourself during a police encounter. After watching the videos I can see how easily OC encounters apply here. We should all know the laws of OC here in WI. If not, here is the link to the OCDO pamphlet.
