We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Currently it is not prohibited to open carry an unloaded weapon in areas not within 1000 feet of a school. It is not prohibited to open carry a loaded weapon in unincorporated areas and in areas where discharge has not been prohibited by local ordinance.
Loaded concealed carry is only lawful with a license to carry concealed. There are circumstances that dont generally apply to day to day activities where conceal carry is lawful with out a license, but that doesnt really help usand is not the focus of this site.
Take time to research what people tell you- it may not all be true.
