Video of a lawyer in ref. to what to do if you defend yourself?

Peeps,

I remember a while back a video of a lawyer (I think in VA) talking about what to do incase you are questioned about defending yourself. I believe there was a section with a police officer also speaking. You know... don't say anything except I need my lawyer. That type stuff.

Anyone have the vid? Can't find it with search here or youtube.
