I'm trying to find out if it is legal to OC an unregistered firearm in Wisconsin? I see OC is legal, I'm just trying to verify weather or not that firearm needs to be registered? Thank you all in advance.

As far as I am aware, there are no registration requirements for firearms other than those that are restricted in the statutes. Generally speaking not handguns and standard long guns, only firearms like fully auto or shorter than required barrel lenghts.

Sorry that might have been too rhetorical of a response.

There is no gun registration in Wisconsin, so unless you're from one of the few places in the country that actually have gun registration it would difficult to open carry with a registered firearm.

Wisconsin does NOT require firearms registration.
