Springfield's codes can be found under the government link in their own city homepage. It will take you to here. http://library3.municode.com/default-test/home.htm?infobase=11598&doc_action=whatsnewlook under ARTICLE VI for their weapons codes. Nothing in there says OC is legal you will need a copy of the state code and Missouri constitution that lists OC as legal. http://www.moga.mo.gov/const/A01023.HTMand http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/C000-099/0210000750.HTM

Aside from the few locations spelled out in 571.030, there is no Missouri statute that outlaws open carry. However, local jurisdictions within Missouri (cities and counties) are permitted to pass ordinances which ban open carry (RSMO 21.750)

We need to change our thinking and brainwashing...

Why do we always bring out "nothing says it's legal" is that not arse backward?
Is there anything that says it's legal to have children? Does anything say it's legal to kiss your wife?

We have all rights my country men, bestowed upon us by the creator!

Also we need to prosecute with treason any government goon that dares try to make the God given right of self defense a crime! Would Missourians tolerate a law making it a crime to read the bible? Why do we tolerate gun laws then?

Let's undo the convoluted thinking we picked up in the government indoctrination centers. (government schools)

In Liberty!
