Did any of you come? I live in Hart and didn't know anything was going on but this morning I was talking guns with a friend and the county prosecutor asked if we had heard about the open carriers at the Festival. He said he didn't get any calls about it and said that it is perfectly legal since there are no laws against it. So I know where he stands. I was going to ask him after Sunday school if the Local LEO's were on the same page but I didn't get to him before he left. I will talk to him later.
