I have not voted in a few years but plan to get my vote in from now on. I probably missed this year. thats how out of touch i let my self get.

IS there a list of pro-gun people to vote for in C.A in the future.

I am in Sac. area where getting a CCW is now existent right
now.

Is anyone in the open carry movement trying to get people in
politics aligned with this cause?
I ask because i don't know, but in order to change the system you need to have people in the system.

Youmissed the primary. Get yourself registered and you'll get to vote in November in the general election. Get educated in the issues. The best way to find out what your local candidates believe regarding the 2nd Amendment is to ask them. Call them, send an email, or ask them in person. Pro gun candidates will be proud of it. Anti's will beat around the bush and some ear deadening, eye glazing rhetoric, or they simply won't answer the question.
