So I found this cool software for my blackberry, also works on a bunch of other phones.
You can record video (and audio) and it will automagically stream it to your account, so whatever you are video/audio recording will be on the internet, so even if someone takes your phone away and deletes stuff, the video / audio is already somewhere else.

software and service is free. You can also set it up to automatically post to youtube, facebook, twitter etc...
