Open carry in Arkansas is legal if you are on a journey, but you better know the game and fish laws and the boundaries of the Wildlife Management areas. The Arkansas Game and Fish has banned all "killing devices" on WMA lands, and in the meantime they are making more and more of Arkansas's national forests and national parks "Wildlife Management Areas".

The WMA employees take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Arkansas.
Violating the Constitution means perjury of oath....The dumb ass AG is in violation of his oath to.
