    What's the point of posting a link to a two-year old report?
    Here in California we have made enormous strides forward in public education and law-enforcement relations.
    This report does not reflect the current situation. To act upon it would be a step backward.

    It was my thought that since the CA legislature is also trying to criminalize Open Carry, it might be a good idea to look at what the information being put out by the DHS Fusion centers is, even if the report is 2 years old.
