Lyle Denniston | Friday, June 18th, 2010 5:10 pm The Supreme Court is likely to issue opinions in argued cases on two days next week — Monday and Thursday, the Court announced Friday. When the Court meets at 10 a.m. Monday, it will first issue orders resulting from today’s private Conference. After that, it will announce decisions. On Thursday, only opinions are expected. (The Court has completed oral arguments for the Term, and is pushing toward summer recess, perhaps beginning late this month.)
