Ok I'm good in new Mexico and Arizona. So let me get this straight. In Nevada you can open carry with out a license but if you cc then you have to have a license? Is that correct? Sorry for being such a okie. Just don't want to land in jail during vacation. Lol

Can someone explain this one to me please.

" However, Clark County is grandfathered so as to continue a "Deadly Weapons" registration scheme."

Isnt Las Vegas in clark county? If so can you OC there or not?

This just means that Clark County is allowed, and does, require you to register your firearms. This has not effect on your ability to OC.

Residents have to register there handguns. Visitors don't have to.

Thanks, I should have been more clear. Yes, residents are required.
