At one time, they were considered our sister nation. Really, we're both nothing more than a bunch of armed, free men who refuse to be enslaved by another and agreed on a system of government so we wouldn't have to kill each other. If you haven't read Richard Poe's book on the Seven Myths of Gun Control, please do.
