Whether you Open or Conceal carry it does not matter, the off-limit locations are the same.
That's correct for the most part, however, the state allows municipalities to restrict firearm possession in stadiums and event centers, with the exception of those who possess a concealed pistol license.

Right. It exempts the person who possesses the license, but it says nothing about how the pistol is to becarried. In fact the wording of the exemption is "Any pistol..." which, as far as the law is concerned could mean an openly carried one just as much as it could mean a concealed carried one, just so long as the person has the license. So in this instance, the answer to the question "Do you need a license to carry like that?" would be "Well, maybe..." reference RCW 9.41.300 (2)(b)(i)
