I will confess that its a bit of a cult thing.

But they are far more attractive and functional than a "deagle"..

Coonan has a history, and man they have been through some serious ups and downs, I respect him as a businessman and as a craftsman.

Its true its pricey though. :lol:

I saw one of the older Coonan .357s in a pawn shop locally a few weeks ago. Interesting piece, but not a particularly "pretty" gun...

I see on Coonan's website that they are making new FAL receivers. Now, THAT is something I could be interested in...

Coonan 357

The Coonan I remember was a 1911 style pistol designed to shoot the standard 357 cartridge. With the design and implementation of the 357 Sig, the Coonan may be more of a novelty. Especially at the prices they were going for.
