Thinking of doing a UCC/OCDO BBQ in August

I'm tentatively thinking of setting up a BBQ at one of the local parks in August, perhaps in conjunction with a UCC/OCDO shoot earlier in the day.

I'd like the BBQ to take place August 7th at 5:00PM, located at Big Cottonwood Regional Park.

As for the shoot, I'm open to suggestions on the location, but would like it as close to Murray as possible.
