[Excerpt]
The Wisconsin Anti-Violence Effort says about 450 people were killed in Wisconsin last year because of guns.

"This is a slap in the face to those of us who have lost children to gun violence," said Annette Nance-Holt [of Chicago, murder capitol], mother of a gunshot victim.

In April, Twanda Thompson of Madison, her son, and two nieces were murdered in Chicago. And the violence there continues -- 52 people were shot -- eight killed-- over Father's Day weekend.

Said Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, "Common sense tells you we need fewer guns on the street, not more guns."

common sense tells us we need more armed, law abiding citizens on the streets, not less.

The WI DOT ad talking about achieving 0 deaths in WI says there were over 500 deaths on WI roads last year, and most were due to drunk driving. So if vehicles killed more people than guns, then we should really ban vehicles!

Edit: Just looked it up, there was 545 deaths on WI roads last year:

How can these people be so stupid. These statistics are not accurate. 450 people were killed in Wisconsin last year by people. Get the guns away from criminals, dah. Common sense tells me that I need a gun because these fools cant get the guns away from the criminals.
