    Declaratory Judgement

Has anyone thought about filing a civil suit to have a federal court make a Declaratory Judgement against the California gun control laws in cities such as the 1000 Ft GFSZs, ordinances banning firearms in parks/playgrounds/beaches, requirement forcing open carry to be unloaded?

    it is only about money

The legal world is mostly motivated by money, not justice. If (your)money is available, finding a lawyer to pursue this is easy.

There are many cases in Ca which have already been filed (I know of 4/5) or will be filed soon (this year/next year). It's a chess game and the next move is determined by the case decisions/laws developed. Things are moving at lightening speed for civil rights legal actions (which is tooooo slow for the rest of us).

There is a legal strategy to carefully develop positive RKBA case law. Picking the 'low hanging fruit', getting good case law established puts pressure on judges when the bigger more complex issues get tackled. For strategic reasons it may not be wise to attack the CA GFSZ in CA fed court right now. Wisconsin may be that battle ground first and there is already a case there I believe. Maneuvering into a circuit splits to get us back to SCOTUS faster is also part of in the plan.

here is a sawed off shotgun criminal case (could go badly for us at this time)
