Round and Round we go. Chicago must think this is fun. Oh well it's their money and our lives; nothing they care too much about.

SCOTUS had to know this would happen. This is what you get with "reasonable regulation" language when dealing with unreasonable, anti-American, anti-Constitutional, government of men, marxist socialist idealogues. Welcome to SCOTUS' new fiefdom.

The subject title is misleading. It's not the NRA that's taking on Chicago in this case. They're not involved in it, just as they weren't involved in McDonald and actively fought against Heller. The case is Benson, et al., v. Chicago. Neither the NRA nor any of their affiliates are a party.

The NRA-ILA page says the NRA is "supporting" this lawsuit. That could mean lots of things, from posting a positive message about the case, up to offering financial and legal support. My money would be on the former more than the latter, though.

Reminds me of the game "Whack-a-mole". Everytime you think you have one nailed, another one (or two) pops it ugly head.

Liberals never stop with their leftist progression. They will try to force their beliefs on us till the end. You notice how "they" are saying that the Supreme Court is MISREADING the Amendment? The Supreme Court ? Misreading the law ? What a bunch of idiots. They will never stop though. This is an unending battle against leftist oppression. Even England is looking at their gun ban laws and thinking about repealing them.
