A link in this post will provide pages that can be filled out and submitted with a new application for a Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers in Ct.

Many initial applications are denied because of mistakes or missing information on the original application.

Connecticut law allows denied individuals the right to submit new corrected applications during the period following a denial and prior to any scheduled hearing before the Board of Firearms Permit Examiners.

Anyone who is denied for failing to supply requested information may download the PDF document and attach it to a new application.

Obviously some people leave information off the original application because they do not understand the law or have incorrect informaiton regarding the legal process.

New applications must be accepted when submitted, and can greatly assist any applicant who has an appeal pending on the original denial.

When asked at a hearing if any attempts were made to correct the issues that caused the initial denial, the appellant would be able to state that a new corrected application was submitted.
