I should probably switch banks...I go to M&I currently. Only went there because my fiance and I both got $100 for creating new accounts. Maybe if another bank has that offer we'll switch.

Chase Bank offers $100 all the time. Just go to the Post Office and ask for a moving packet. I was told those packets always have a coupon in them for advertising. I don't know what their corporate policy is (don't much care to ask either) but I only know of the branch on Capital that clearly won't allow it with their metal detectors lol.

OC in the Bank

I open carry in The Rock Island Credit Union in Tomah and the F & M Bank in Tomah. I OC in F & M a couple of days after they were robbed. No problem. I don' think they notice.
