I just ran across this on the web site of my local newspaper. First quick scan seems to be fairly accurate and balanced representation of Open Carry. BTW this is my first attempt to start a thread so if it doesn't work quite right would appreciate a small allowance of slack. Pretty good story all-in-all, I disagree with the his (Maj. Worrel's) thoughts that everyone should have to qualify vice him saying that is a good idea that everyone become comfortable and proficient with their tool of choice.
