Could somebody please clarify how a weapon can be carried in terms of loaded? CC and OC. Can it be loaded? One up the pipe?
A person who is not prohibited from possessing guns can open carry, loaded or not, with a Concealed Pistol License or without, except in places where guns are not allowed.
A person who is not prohibited from possessing guns can carry concealed, loaded or not, with a Concealed Pistol License, except in places where guns are not allowed, and except in some situations where they would not need a permit.
A person who is not prohibited from possessing guns cannot carry a loaded handgun, whether open or concealed, in any vehicle (car, truck, van, Metro bus, light rail train, etc.) without a Concealed Pistol License.
A person who is not prohibited from possessing guns cannot carry a loaded rifle in any vehicle.
Loaded in Washington means ammunition in the cylinder of a revolver, ammunition in the magazine and magazine inserted in the grip of a semi-auto AND/OR ammunition in the chamber of a semi-auto, whether or not a magazine is inserted. In simpler words, unloaded means completely empty.
