Anyone OC around this area?
It is kinda scray to know my local police do not know the laws on OC I wounder if anyone has had a problem with LEO around here? I will be carrying my papers for proof.. Section 15.2-915! http://law.justia.com/virginia/codes/toc1502000/15.2-915.html and a tape recorder.

You need to read a lot before you ask. When there's a question, search for the answer, than ask for clarification.

I've been on this forum for a couple of years now (I think) and I still try to use the search function before I jump in with both feet.

Just read the daily posts then., This is a very active site and will become more so as we go into the legislative session.
There are Key members to read. User is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer in NOVA, Citizen researches as well as anyone I know....you'll see the better posters as you read.

Once you understand things like preemption, you'll understand the answer to many of the questions you have already asked.

Also bookmark the Va Code and reinforce everything you read here. Never depend solely on internet forums for legal opinions.

How old are you? You appear to be very lazy and want "instant gratification". I have told you no less than FOUR times that lasers are bad and the search function is your friend.

Learn how to use the search function and quit bombarding us with questions that are easily found or we will write you off as being a disruptive troll.

I'm gonna jump on this bandwagon for the reason that I told Colt to look for the thread talking about OC for his area!!! If the search function doesn't work then just read the titles of the threads! If its not on the first page its probably on the second, not there? Try the 3rd. Still haven't found it? Maybe its on the fourth page. Still no luck? Have a go at the search function again. Still can't find what you're looking for? Then maybe you're SOL.

Just as there is a minimum level of responsibility and maturity involved with the handling of firearms, so too are there expected standards for those that post here.

If you cannot nor will not accept a fundamental, basic personal level of responsibility necessary to be accepted here and continue to ask the same series of innocuous but insipid postings (19 in a row on multiple threads and sub-forums) you alone will generate your branding.

Meanwhile, I award you the coveted T, continue on your roll and you will earn the rest. It is up to you.
