This law makes it so that those 21 and older that wish to carry a concealed firearm now can without a permit (Daddy Govt saying it’s okay). Arizona will still require training, background checks for those who wish to still get a concealed permit to retain their right to carry if traveling to other states who honor Arizona’s permit.
