First Encounter

Well I have been carrying since the 4th of July and had my first encounter tonight, and I am happy to report it was a positive encounter.

As my wife and I were exiting the Northtown Winco tonight a lady was walking just slightly behind the handicap cart I was riding and asked if the gun was real, and I said "Yes ma'am it is" and her reply was "My boyfriend wants to do what you are doing" so we talked for a few minuets and I handed her a pamphlet and told them to come onto this site so he can learn all about it.

I carry everyday, everywhere I go, and only have gotten several odd looks but never heard any comments till today and was glad it was a good comment

I got told to leave a bar today ( I wasn't drinking-just came to pick up a friend ) and I had been invited to a dinner party by a couple who knew I carry 24/7 and told after arriving & getting introduced that "I had to leave the gun in the car" ... I told them I would just be going & have a nice night. I didn't tell them I'll never come back but eventually they'll figure that out.

Nop, I don't work, I was on Unemployment but now that that has run out we just have less money to live on, the wife makes good money and the place we rent is cheap, just waiting on SSD to start
