Gun Survey Info on Open Carry (Informal)

If you're not already familiar with it there is a gun section of the social bookmarking site Reddit called Gunnit. I frequent it for news related to firearms and RTKBA information and so on. Today, one of the users posted results of feedback from over 300 users who participated in a substantial survey. It's a fascinating read is you're interested in how you fit into the larger gun-friendly culture. You can find the post here:

The relevant part to OC is the carry question: unsurprisingly, only 3% responded that they open carry frequently. What I did find surprising was that a slight majority, 51%, said they rarely carry concealed or openly. Now, some of this can be attributed to another question in the survey on whether or not the respondent posses a CCW. 21% responded that their state either does not permit concealed carry or makes it extremely difficult to obtain.

Anyways, I thought it was an interesting bit of information. I'm still considering some of the implications of the responses. Just thought I'd share.
