• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Dang near all of my guns are 'registered' in someone else's name. I buy a lot of stuff second-party and as such they are listed under someone else's name. I have open-carried and conceal-carried both guns in my name and those in some other persons name. The main thing that Law Enforcement tends to look for is whether there's any report of it being stolen or any other information on it. Within the state there is no way to really trace the guns that get sold privately from me to you for instance!
