    At least we will now get an opinion from the AG which could potentially expand our rights with no legislation needed.

    wouldn't it be great if our A.G. would come right out and say just as D.A.Fox said . We will not violate art.1 sec. 25, But if you commit a crime with a firearm you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

    It will be interesting to see what position Van Hollen takes on this. Will he support the republican platform or not?

    Time for the truth to be revealed either way.
