I've read the issues with the state candidates, and I've written them all, but only (so far) one has replied.

Jeff KottKamp's rep replied to my question:
Would you support a change in the law to allow Open Carry in Florida?

His reply:

The Lieutenant Governor would support open carry for non-felons.
