How are the Jackson Police Playing these days

Are the Jackson Police playing nice or are they still being a pain in the rear end? I plan on heading to Casscade's Park for the Civil War re-enactment and yes while there's a bunch of other guys runnig around the park with gun's I can still see the police being called on me.
