Veterans Disarmament Act... anyone else see this?

In a parliamentary move reminiscent of a lame duck Democrat Congress, Democrat leadership in the Senate and House snuck H.R. 2640, the Veterans Disarmament Act, through both chambers as Congress was about to adjourn. Questions remain whether the move in the House (see below) was even legal.

Did you check the date, 12/20/2007? Signed by Bush-43 as NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 on 8 Jan 2008, became Public Law 110-180,

yeah... I saw that it was old, but it was the first I'd seen it, and was surprised I hadn't seen it sooner.

It pissed me off... so I was posting here to try and get more info...

EC - please edit your post as I believe much of this was copied from another site, possibly in violation of Fair Use Rules. We need to protect OCDO from frivolous lawsuits!
