Buffalo restaurant shooting... but there's no need to carry in a restaurant, right?

I hope they find & (at the very least) incarcerate whoever committed this mass murder.
But it's one more thing to show that no place is safe. We have to be ready to protect ourselves wherever we are.

An argument started inside the restaurant, someone was escorted out, then it got violent. Depending on which story you read, & when it was last updated, there are 5 dead & 3 wounded but alive. Someone is in custody, but police aren't saying whether or not it's the shooter.

There's no reason to carry anywhere in NY I suppose. Good thing they have limited magazine capacity and only 8 shots were fired. This time the shooter appears to only have violated the law against murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, aggravated unlawful discharge of a weapon in public, aggravated unlawful carry of a weapon, reckless endangerment, but at least was responsible enough to carry a limited capacity magazine.
