Vancouver, WA BBQ @ Esther Short Park Sept. 25th 1pm

It is time to hit the last corner of the state. The one where the PA thinks that he abides by a different set of laws and rules.

We have the parks acknowledging that their firearms signs are invalid.

The Kirby case will be held on Oct. 1st a week following, this will be a big deal.

It will be a potluck, with detail to come. (Dishes assigned by first letter of last name)

    Ok, to follow up.

NO, charcoal grills allowed. Joe is in charge of a gas grill.

    Dish Last name begins with

    Meat/Main Dish A thru F

    Side Dish G thru L

    Chips/Rolls/Snack M thru R

    Dessert/Beverage S thru Z
(Deros has some leftover beverage too)

Assuming I'm not living in California by then, I'll be there. I'll have to see if I can get my buddy to bring his truck, but if he can, I'll bring my Weber gas grill.

Does that mean we can help them take the signs down?

After today, I got the number for channel 2 news. They said they will likely be there to film the event, but it depends on if there is a bigger story to capture or not.

LOL, I worked at that Albertsons for 1.5 years, met my wife there before I transferred out to Macminnville.

My last name starts with W so I will have to figure it out. I also will bring my Weber Q.

I guess I am gonna have to go on a REALLY big (not necessarily legal) hunting trip and get some Vennison since my name starts with a "V".....

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
E nomine Patri, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti."

GoGo, when did you work at Salmon Creek, I was there for about 5 years. I was one of the managers. I finished my tour in that store in 2003. I know just about everyone.

Is there a way we can get this stickied to the top of the forum? The 25th is a ways away, and I don't want it to get lost in the forums.
