In light of the "wink and nod", unwritten and illegal ban on the carry of firearms at the Eastlake Seawall we are having an open carry fishing day there.
I've spoken with the Eastlake Law Director Joseph R Klammer and the conversation has been going in circles. Now, It's time to fish!

WHAT:Open Carry Fishing Trip
WHEN: Sunday, September 12th 2010 at 12:00 noon to whenever.
WHERE: Eastlake Fishing Pier/Seawall at the end of Erie rd. Next to CEI's power plant in Eastlake, OH.
1. You MUST have a fishing license to go fishing.
2. Be friendly The concessioner does not like citizens carrying firearms.
3. Carry whatever you want, but safely and legally.
4. This event is not sanctioned by OFCC.
