What I find thought provoking is that a California citizen engages in the same 2A protected activity in two states and 1) the California citizen is treated with all the dignities of law abiding citizens in the state they are visiting, and 2) the California citizen is prosecuted as a criminal in their home state.
At what point do we say, "Enough is enough" and remove these individuals who act as enemies to the preservation of American freedoms and liberties?

For those seeking re-election, fair enough. But how do you remove a traitor who's termed out?! There is a reason Saldana is the one behind this bill, and its not just because she's the only loon willing to author this bill.
