    Evergreen Sportsman Club

My 16 year old daughter is taking the Women on Target class on Sat 28th. The hands-on portion will be at the Evergreen Sportsman Club down in the Capitol Forest area. I figured since I will have to drive her down there I might as well shoot also. It's $10 for non-members. I'll be there from about 1pm to ? Since my daughter will be shooting my hand gun, I'll be shooting my Hi-Point carbine and Mosin Nagant. I would like to meet some other OCer's.

    I'll try to make it.

I have a party to go to that evening, but I can try to make it early. I need more ammo after spending all of it after Deros' party.

    Failure to launch

I had so hoped that this would be a great day for my daughter, but it backfired. No fault of Emily and her staff that provided a great program for which I say "Thank you!". Unfortunately my daughter now hates guns. It also proved to me that "limp wristing" causes FTF. My Kel-Tec PF9 that has never had a problem when I shot it, failed twice when my daughter shot it and failed to control the recoil. I wish it turned out better, maybe when she gets older I can try again.

That's no good, what was it that turned her off?
