Probably not they don't like rogue, believers they want those that conform to the way they do things.

He now does have a case since incorporation, there are some other cases pending in the 9th circuit.

OOOORRRRRR, Gura (et al) doesn't want overly-divisive, hard-emotional-sell cases muddying the waters. They've handled the strategy VERY carefully. They've incrementally gotten rid of all ownership bans that are outright, now they're moving onto blanket bans of carrying (MD is the defendant right now) as well as bans on purchase during "emergencies" (NC).
If they immediately petitioned for full-autos, grenades, carrying loaded-long-guns at preschools, etc and made us all very happy with the filing, they'd end up making us very sad with the result.

Now, this suit sounds like a good one. I just think it should follow Gura's MD-anti-carry-unless-you're-a-judge's-brother suit.

It doesn't bother me they take cases they don't want. What bothers me is that they downplay and poo poo others peoples cases. They didn't like open carry yet our small determined group has done more for gun acceptance than the multi million dollar organizations.

It is not a game I don't want compromise and refuse to accept those type of tactics from groups like NRA.

I was personally told from a member of SAF not to open carry after my illegal detention, and open carry is pre-empted and lawfully protected in this state and our General Attorney has submitted a good opinion on this.

I don't hold hard feelings against SAF but simply don't agree them and the NRA are the solution, we are everyday people who will not back down or compromise their ideals.
