This is essentially a repost from MGO... I figured I'd bring the discussion here too, cause if these are legal in Michigan, I'll be strapping one to my leg in a drop leg holster during a picnic for sure.
Does anyone know anything about the Rossi Ranch Hand?
I just discovered a little bit about it after reading up on the Kel-Tec PMR-30. It's not out yet, but damn it looks nice.
What the ranch hand is, is a cut down version of a lever action rifle and sold as a pistol (similar to what you'd see in Zombieland)
I can't find a ton of information about it, however is something like this legal in Michigan to own, or would this technically be considered an SBR? It shoots .357, .44 Magnum, and .45 Colt respectively. If I'm not mistaken, since the manufacturer is selling it that short and as a pistol, it could in fact be owned, no? Sorry I'm not up on my gun laws when it comes to rifles.
