Day after shooting with my brother-in-laws and family (nieces and nephews, son and wife) at Koko head gun range.

I went fishing with my brother on his boat and look what we caught. It was a fighter and we had to club the hell out of it to stun it to haul it's 165 pound self over the side.

I wouldn't have ruined that even by cooking it. I don't know what they told you about poke but it just means 'cut up' - then da brudders kama'aina ruin it by mixing in a bunch of stuff to hide the flavor of fish for instance.

About shoyu, the most popular soy sauce in Japan and the US is made in Walworth, WI, KIKKOMAN!
